Jean Paul Marat

Okey i am going to pretend that people care and share yet another favorite story of mine :Pp not because i have nothing else to do - okey maybe a little because of that- but mostly because those stories touches me/ inspires me n by sharing them i am hoping that some one else may get "it" ... Anyway its a historical story took place on 1793 during the french revolution , a young man named Jean Paul Marat was found dead in his bath top; drowned in his own blood, the killer was a women named Charlotte Corday, now this look simple right? She is bad and he is good right? He is a victim while she is the killer ! Well what if i told u although she killed him but her intentions were noble? U see Marat owned a newspaper and he used it to fell the young french men with the most radical ideas, he believed in violence n fighting the "powers of evil" so she thought by silencing him she is actually silencing the devil! However she was punished by death sentence 4 what she did while Marat death made him a legend. Later in 1847 Alphonse de Lamartine the famous poet would name her : "the angel of assassinations" ! Personally i don't believe in violence n i dont think Charlotte made the right call ! Yet i cant help but feel sorry for her coz she was indeed a good person who helped a bloody man to become not only good but an icon 4 every thing that is good and forever ! Talk about irony ha?!
